It's homecoming day for the second and final wave of soldiers returning with the 179th Infantry of the Oklahoma National Guard who had been helping security forces in the Ukraine for the past several months.
More than 230 members of the Oklahoma National Guard have put their lives on hold, in order to come and make a contribution to Ukrainian security and, perhaps ultimately, to world peace.
About 250 members of the Oklahoma National Guard have been in Ukraine since mid-January, and most still have about another three months before they come home.
Right now, soldiers from the Oklahoma National Guard are on the world stage in western Ukraine.
